An early 1960's rarity and one of the better conditions we've had. Remember it's Suede so you will see brush variations in the picture but it's not staining. You will not be disappointed and the Suede is still nicely textured.
Please keep in mind that this is a thick jacket and the only available measurements to use are measuring flat on the outside. This may add slightly to the totals. For our measurements We laid the piece out flat and did not overly pull though it was tight and buttoned. We suggest you use a leather jacket that fits you to check for similar measurements.
With that methodology we get a 46" chest (23" across front underarm to underarm) with a waist of 44" (22" across side seam to side seam). These two agree in general with the difference between a chest measurement and straight waist measurement with these jackets with only a normal taper to the waist.
Normally we wouldn't need to provide further measurements but for certainty sake we measured the arm as well. We measured after the seam that is on the shoulder and goes around the arm as it is not the sleeve per. se. but, again, please keep this in mine when evaluating your potential purchase. The arm measurement from the TOP of the shoulder and after the seam is 23" and the measurement of the UNDERARM after the seam to the cuff is 18".
Please do not that these vintage jackets were cut differently then other Levi jackets and are somewhat waist cropped. The length from the back of the collar to the waist is 24" and you may want to measure one of you jackets to get an idea of the style.
