Probably custom made, high quality. Has attached hand written label with a number and name which is probably the style number and name of Customer. Basically one size fits most and Chest is 48" with lapels meeting and just slightly overlapping. Easily fits large Man. One end of one belt loop needs to be reattached but is attached well on other end and has belt button attachment as well. One corner of left pocket has small tear there in background material. Only very minor signs of use and overall excellent condition.
